My mom is a Midwife and I work as her apprentice. However, we jokingly call my job the "bitch" job and and I will say that I am my mom's bitch when I talk about what I do with and for her. She has quite enthusiastically jumped on board and now I will over hear her talking about her "bitch". Ah, the love.
Anyway, we just had a lovely home birth with a mama who had had 2 c-sections previously. She delivered a beautiful baby girl and can not stop talking about how powerful of an experience it was for her.
And wow! It is always so awesome to be apart of someones life changing moments. :)
